Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and we will prorate any upgrade so you only pay for what you use.
Is there a free trial?
The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. The Free plan is free forever and never requires a credit card, so you can build a full page before deciding to upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans are billed once per year; monthly plans are billed every month.
How do seller fees work?
On Free, standard platform fees apply to digital product sales. Starter and Pro reduce this to 9%. Premium drops platform seller fees to 0% — you keep every dollar (payment processor fees still apply).
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data stays put. Features above your new tier are simply hidden from your page until you upgrade again, so you never lose what you have built.
Do you offer team or agency plans?
Premium is built for teams and brands. It supports up to 3 brand workspaces and an optional add-on for team chat, collaboration and post approval workflows.
